Refund policy

 

Salaíta Swim Boutique accepts returns, except items bought on SALE and earrings. 

All returned items must be unused, unstained, damage free, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors. 

Contact us within: 2 days of delivery.  Items to be returned must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns will be at customer’s expense. If the item has been shipped, the order is not cancellable.

After the product is received, the item will be reviewed and if it is approved, the return will be processed directly to the original payment method.  Please allow 5-10 days for the return to be processed.  If the aforementioned terms are not met, the items will be sent back to you.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. However, you may return your product and place a new order. 

Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Los productos de Salaíta Swim Boutique son elegibles para devolución, excepto los comprados en OFERTA.

Todos los artículos devueltos deben estar sin usar, sin manchas, sin daños y sin lavar, con todas las etiquetas de venta y protectores higiénicos.

 Contáctenos dentro de los 2 días de haber recibido el artículo. Los artículos a ser devueltos deben enviarse dentro de los 3 días de haber recibido el artículo. Los costos de envío correrán por cuenta del cliente. Si la orden fue enviada, no se permite cancelación.

Una vez recibido el producto, se revisará el artículo y, si se aprueba la devolución, se procesará la devolución directamente al método de pago original. Por favor, conceda 5 a 10 días para que se procese la devolución. Si no se cumplen los términos antes mencionados, los artículos le serán devueltos.

Desafortunadamente, no podemos realizar cambios. Sin embargo, puede devolver su producto y realizar un nuevo pedido.

Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.
